Returns policy

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit
  • No products are eligible for refund unless deemed incorrect or faulty
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition
  • Due to health regulations, earrings, underwear and beauty products/cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty - please make your selection carefully.
  • All Swimwear returns must be unworn and have their hygiene seal intact
  • We process all returns within one week of receiving your items and will send you an email with the details of your processed return
  • If a return is approved, refund will be processed back to original payment method. There is a 25% restocking charge on each item(s) returned
  • Please email us if you believe your product is damaged or faulty
  • Buyer will need to pay for the return postage. Item(s) must be sent tracked.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping cost are non-refundable

Processing time
We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and store credit information if applicable.
